This is the Bay Harbor Yacht Club. As you can see, even they can't afford enough water to fill their basin.

The pool in the foreground is the kiddie pool. The 70s are parked in the big kids pool.

Bay Harbor is so big, you can sail a whole race between two houses.

Here we are, returning from a hard day on the water.

So Joel, how many sail changes have you done for my dad in your lifetime?

Funny how everyone smiles when there is a full pitcher of beer on the table.
